A GMQX EMD SW9 switcher shuffles empty cars around the main plant area. Over the next few days these cars will be loaded and then passed off to the Union Pacific as a unit train.
Granite Mountain Quarries SW9 4744 is ex Missouri Pacific 1250, built in 1951. The quarry near Little Rock has long been a source of MP/UP company ballast.
